QHSE stands for quality, health, safety and environment.

At DK Maritime, we are aware of the importance of integrated procedures when talking about QHSE.

Quality, Health, Safety and Environment are core areas and we recognize that qualified, experienced and motivated employees are of great importance when reaching for high quality. This is shown in the way our QHSE policy sets the standard for all our activities.

Our certifications DS/EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System EN ISO 3834-2:2015 Quality assurance of welding work EN 1090-1:2009+A1:2011 Dimensioning, EUROCODES, CE marking of structural steel.

DK Maritime is furthermore approved and accepted in Achilles as a certified supplier of solutions for the Danish and Norwegian offshore market.

QUALITY

DK Maritime are dedicated to deliver quality and reliability in solutions that consistently meet our costumer’s demands and requirements in terms of quality and delivery time. DK Maritime is therefore always focusing on improving our quality performance and reducing cost of poor quality and potential project risks. Our quality management system is certified in accordance with DS/EN ISO 9001:2015 and so is our customers’ guarantee for uncompromising quality. Our welding quality is certified in accordance with DS/EN ISO 3834-2 and with EN 1090-1. We can CE mark our constructions in accordance with EN 1090-1. DK Maritime is furthermore approved and accepted in Achilles as a certified supplier of solutions for the Danish and Norwegian offshore market.
 

This means, that we to a greater extend can meet the demands from our customers, regardless if it is within the maritime sector, the offshore industry or within buildings and structures.

At DK Maritime we are committed to make safety our absolute priority, and we continuously work for health and safety improvements, preventing and protecting our employees against occupational injuries and work-related diseases. Our health and safety management are based upon ISO 45001

which ensures a consistent approach to occupational health, safety, environment and quality.

ENVIRONMENT

DK Maritime does not have an adverse impact on the environment, but even so we continuously work to improve our production machinery, prevent pollution and reduce our environmental footprint. We critically evaluate our own processes and procedures, with the purpose of keeping the environmental impact to a minimum and ensuring the best possible use of resources and minimizing our impact on the environment.

Our environmental management system is based upon DS/EN ISO 14001:2004.

IN GENERAL

At DK Maritime we believe that knowledge and involvement form the foundation for positive results. That is why we continuously educate our employees on our QHSE policy, enabling them to contribute to the creation of a healthy, safe and environmentally friendly workplace.

We manufacture customized steel structures for the maritime segment and the offshore industry.
